Hall of Residence one is having its own grievance cell for its residents. Warden of Hall will be conducted regular meeting with the members of execution committees to examine the grievances. The cell can take necessary action to resolve the same. All the complaints will be viewable to Warden, Associate Warden, care taker and hall committees. Wardens and committees will be monitoring the status of complaints if these have not been resolved within specific time, a necessary action can be taken by the warden according to the nature of complaint. The complaints can be of following natures.
- Canteen
- Power equipment’s (Fan, tube lights etc), cleaning and building works
- Sports and Gym
- Miscellaneous
